1960s Black Crepe Full Length Fishtail Evening Dress

About the Item

Made in the 1960s, this classic, sleeveless black crepe dress is in excellent vintage condition. A V-shaped, wide neckline reveals the decolletage. Delicate pleating at the rear and flared, fishtail tailoring to the skirt add interesting detail to this super flattering dress. A concealed zip secures the back and it is fully lined in viscose / acetate. Everyone needs a failsafe piece in their wardrobe - make this elegant vintage piece your go-to little black dress. The designer label has been lost with the passage of time but this is high end manufactured quality and most likely would have retailed in a luxury department store. No issues condition wise; we note the dress has been taken in and tapered at the zip to make it smaller. The petite measurements would suit sizes up to a UK 6 or US 0-2. MEASUREMENTS Bust - 32 in.
